At Tyson Ford, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding craftsmanship and design. While we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise. This policy outlines our fair and transparent approach to returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition

  • Is in original packaging with all accessories and manuals included

  • Has not been installed, modified, or tampered with

Return Procedure

  • Contact us via our contact us page with:

    1. Order number

    2. Item(s) you wish to return

    3. Reason for return

    4. Clear photographs (if item is damaged or incorrect)

  • Await return approval and return instructions

  • Package the item securely and send via a tracked service

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or dispatched in error.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or installed products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. taps, toilets, shower accessories)

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method

  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

Returns Policy – Tyson Ford Bespoke Kitchens

At Tyson Ford, every bespoke kitchen is individually crafted to your exact specifications. We pour extraordinary care into the design, manufacturing, and delivery process to ensure a flawless result.

As each kitchen is made-to-order. Bespoke kitchens are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages During Delivery

If any item arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, we will act swiftly to put things right. We will either:

  • Repair the damaged component

  • Send a replacement

  • Provide an appropriate resolution depending on the severity

All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and a written description sent to us. First begin by reaching out to us through the contact us page.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Tyson Ford kitchens are installed by professionals and are covered by our 3-year workmanship guarantee. Items damaged during installation by fitters not employed by Tyson Ford Ltd are not covered by our workmanship guarantee.

  • Installation errors by non-Tyson Ford fitters, accidental damage, or misuse are not considered valid reasons for return.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure site access and adequate storage for goods.
